If users are not satisfied with the product(s), users have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product to Hexrox LLC at the expense of the user. The returned product must not be damaged, show unreasonable use, have accidents or any alterations. On receipt of the product Hexrox LLC will refund the user the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
